How to request an exchange
If, during your stay, the equipment you received turns out not to be a perfect fit, for example boots that aren't fully comfortable or a ski size that needs adjusting, GDB Sport Delivery takes care of the exchange without you having to go anywhere. Simply contact us by phone or email and describe the issue: we will then arrange a visit to your accommodation, anywhere in Val Gardena, from Ortisei to Santa Cristina and Selva, to quickly swap the equipment for a more suitable model or size. This service is part of our fully door-to-door approach: no queues in a shop, no wasted time, just a fast and efficient exchange so you can get back on the slopes as soon as possible with professional, safe equipment perfectly adjusted to your level and build.
